We select people, not CVs. Every professional is evaluated for expertise, values and ability to contribute.

Selection criteria

Verifiable track record

Concrete, measurable, referenceable results. Credentials are not enough: facts are required.

Integrity and confidentiality

Discretion is not optional. Those who enter the ecosystem protect information as if it were their own.

Complementarity

We seek expertise that completes the mosaic, not duplicates it. Every entry must expand our reach.

Cultural alignment

Sharing the values of the Minerva Code is not optional. It is the prerequisite for working together.

Willingness to contribute

We don't seek spectators. We seek professionals who bring active value to the ecosystem.

The entry path

Referral

An ecosystem member introduces the candidate to Minerva. No unsolicited access.

Assessment

Thorough verification of expertise, references, track record and cultural compatibility.

Invitation

If the assessment is positive, the candidate receives a formal invitation to sign the Minerva Code.

Proposal

Definition of role, areas of expertise and terms of collaboration.

Those who do not contribute, exit.

The ecosystem is a living system. Those who fail to generate value, who fall short of standards, who are not aligned with our principles, are shown the door. No exceptions.
